Jury deliberations begin in SWAT officer murder trial

Tuesday a Franklin County jury debated the fate of Lincoln Rutledge, the man on trial for the murder of Columbus Police SWAT Officer Steve Smith.In April 2016, the Columbus SWAT team was trying to arrest Rutledge on charges he set his estranged wife's home on fire.Prosecutors said Rutledge refused to come out and threatened officers with the castle doctrine."This is an announcement. I’m going to use deadly force," said assistant Franklin County prosecutor Dan Hogan. "Come on in here. Come
