Jury acquits man in double homicide

A man already serving a life sentence for a fatal shooting at a Hilltop bar was acquitted Friday of a double homicide in a Near East Side parking lot. A Franklin County jury deliberated for about five hours over two days before finding Levander R. Davis, 37, not guilty of two counts of murder in the September 1, 2010, shooting deaths of Tyejaun D. Locke, 19, and Darrel J. Tolson, 22.
