"Judy's Law" passes in the Ohio House

A bill inspired by 10TV’s coverage of a horrific attack on a New Albany mother passed the Ohio House of Representatives Wednesday.Lawmakers passed House Bill 63, also known as Judy’s Law, by a vote of 95-0.The bill is named for Judy Malinowski, who was doused with gasoline and set on fire in August 2015.Since then, the mother of two has endured some 60 surgeries, and the unspeakable pain of burns and still-open wounds that can't be healed.Doctors have said there is nothing more they
