Judge withdraws from sentencing lobbyist in corruption case

A federal judge has recused himself from sentencing disgraced lobbyist John Raphael, whose hearing remains scheduled for next week. U.S. District Court Judge George C. Smith officially stepped away from the case Tuesday, according to federal court records.
