Judge sentences man to 19 years in shooting

The friends and family of Sabrina E. Jackson think that D'Quante J. Stewart got away with her murder. But they were grateful on Friday when a Franklin County judge sentenced him to 19 years in prison for shooting a man during the same incident in which Jackson died.
