Judge sentences 3rd person in OXYwater scam

The final defendant in a scheme to fleece investors out of $8.8 million to distribute an oxygenated sports drink was sentenced today in federal court to seven years in prison. U.S. District Judge Gregory L. Frost also ordered Thomas E. Jackson Jr. to help pay back the money.
