Judge delays sentencing for lobbyist John Raphael in red-light camera case

John Raphael, the lobbyist at the center of multiple scandals involving local elected officials, will have to wait more than two more months to find out how long he will spend in prison. U.S. District Court of Southern Ohio Judge George C. Smith has delayed Raphael's sentencing that was slated for Wednesday until June 8 at 12:30 p.m.
