Jon Husted asks for no tax money in new state budget

Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted is making a rare budget request by asking for no state tax money to operate his office. Husted said because of "wise financial management over the past six years," he is asking for no money from the taxpayer general revenue fund, a spending cut of $4.76 million over the next two fiscal years.
