Johnstown books unauditable

The Ohio Auditor's Office cannot conduct an audit of the village of Johnstown because of incomplete financial records. "Complete financial records shine a light on local governments," Auditor Dave Yost said Monday in a news release. "Taxpayers should not be left in the dark on how their dollars are being spent."
