John Switzer commentary: Licking County grower’s work pays off with patented apple

I recently enjoyed one of my favorite fall adventures: going to Licking County and seeing apple grower Mitchell Lynd. We get together practically every autumn in his orchards and walk around tasting and comparing the different apple varieties. We carry our pocket knives and cut wedges to chew on.
