John Kasich says he's not going to be a 'marshmallow'

Fresh off his strong second-place finish in Tuesday’s New Hampshire Republican presidential primary, Gov. John Kasich signaled a more assertive approach in South Carolina, saying he would not “sit back” and allow his Republican rivals to “pummel me” with critical TV commercials. Speaking before a group of about 150 people today in a packed pizza restaurant in this suburb of Charleston, Kasich said he would “rather talk about the things that I’m for,&rdqu
