John Kasich: Balancing budget will take time

HILTON HEAD, S.C. — Republican presidential nominee John Kasich acknowledged on Friday that the federal deficit might increase during his first term as president, but he said he wants to establish “a legitimate, realistic road map” to eventually balancing the federal budget.
