Jayne McCloskey

Jayne C. McCloskey, 74, of W. North Ave, passed away Aug. 4, 2016 at Covington Community Campus in East Palestine. Mrs. McCloskey was born Nov. 20, 1941 in East Palestine, the daughter of the late Carl and Grace Rambo Schaeffer.
