Hundreds of shoppers braved the cold and icy weather to shop on Sunday morning.
Some used the outing as a reason to reconnect with friends.
“We have been trying to connect for a while now,” said Susie Lira who went to Tanger Sunbury with her friend Jacqueline Roman.
