Is HIV southern Ohio’s next woe?

People in southern Ohio have been hit with a series of deadly plagues, and another one is on the horizon. First, it was narcotic painkillers and pill mills, followed by the scourge of heroin, and now the highest hepatitis C infection rate in the state. Next could be an HIV epidemic like the one gripping Scott County, Ind., federal and local health officials fear.
