Is Columbus spending enough to fix roads?

A 2009 report said Columbus would have to spend $60 million a year just to maintain its streets. It would need up to $78 million a year to improve them. In the seven years since, Columbus has spent about half that to resurface local roads, but city officials say it’s enough to keep streets in safe condition.
