Inmate who escaped correctional facility in Nelsonville captured

An inmate who escaped from the SEPTA correctional facility Wednesday has been apprehended.According to the Nelsonville Police Department, Richard Rush III after law enforcement received a tip he was staying in a vacant house in the 200 block of Madison Street in Nelsonville.Rush was treated at the scene for minor injuries he had sustained during his escape.Rush and his girlfriend, Samantha Milliken, were placed in custody and transported to the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail. Milliken is being
