Inmate indicted on charges connected to threats

A Franklin County grand jury has indicted an Ohio prison inmate on charges that he sent threatening letters containing a white powder to prison officials and TV news outlets in Columbus, Prosecutor Ron O’Brien said. Drew D. Manns, 31, of Elyria in Lorain County, faces five counts of making terrorist threats, five counts of unlawful possession or use of a hoax weapon of mass destruction, and one count of intimidation, O’Brien said in a release.
