Inmate dead, found unresponsive in Richland County Jail

RICHLAND, Ohio-- The Richland County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of an inmate found unresponsive in the Richland County Jail Saturday morning.Joseph Estill Breeze was found by another inmate who told correctional staff about his condition.Breeze was rushed to OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.The cause of death is still unknown and the sheriff's office said it will not speculate.
