Inmate arrested in Ohio after he escaped during transport

WAYNE COUNTY, Ohio - Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers in northeast Ohio arrested an inmate who escaped while being transported from New York to Indiana.The Ashland Post of the Ohio State Patrol found Ali El-Khatib walking near Interstate 71 and US-250 when they arrested him. No one was injured in that arrest.*UPDATE* Troopers from the Ashland Post have just taken Said Ali EL-KHATIB into custody without further incident. He was found walking near Interstate 71 and US250. No injuries to officers
