Immigrants bring need for interpreters in Franklin County courts

Dinh Pham arrived in Franklin County Municipal Court with a traffic ticket and a communication problem. He speaks Vietnamese, with limited English skills, which made it difficult for him to navigate the legal process. Help came from Hao Hong, the only person in Franklin County who is qualified and willing to interpret the Vietnamese language for the court.
