Icy roads again delay classes; driving, walking tricky

Temperatures dipping below freezing early Wednesday has turned wet roads and sidewalks icy, and several school districts are delaying the start of classes. Berne Union and Licking Heights were among the districts on a two-hour delay Wednesday.
