I-70 westbound reopens on East Side after serious crash

I-70 has reopened on the East Side after a serious crash involving multiple cars injured several people and closed the westbound lanes of the freeway. Two lanes of I-70 west are open on the East Side & ramps from I-270 to I-70 west are open, the Ohio Department of Transportation said. The ramp from Hamilton to I-70 west is still closed.
