I-70 westbound closed for wreck near downtown

Interstate 70 westbound just east of Downtown is shut down. A semi jackknifed on the highway at about 4 p.m. and is leaking diesel fuel, according to police. Traffic from westbound I-70 is being diverted onto Interstate 71 north. Traffic is also being diverted from I-71 south onto I-70 east.
