I-70 reopens on West Side after crash, cleanup

Westbound lanes of Interstate 70 reopened on the West Side this afternoon after a late-morning crash involving a semi, the Ohio Department of Transportation said. ODOT reported that oil and fuel had spilled on the highway where I-70 meets I-270, about one mile from Ohio 142 exit off of westbound I-70 in western Franklin County.
