I-70 reopens on West Side after box-truck driver killed in collision with semi

The driver of a box truck was killed early this morning when he rear-ended a semi-tractor carrying U.S. mail on the West Side in a crash that shut down the westbound lanes of Interstate 70 for nearly five hours.
