I-270 west reopens in south Columbus after multiple crashes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The westbound lanes of I-270 in between Alum Creek Drive and US-23 were closed Monday evening due to multiple crashes.The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office said several vehicles were involved in multiple crashes.The highway has since reopened.The sheriff's office said one of the crashes involved a semi-tractor trailer ending up on its side.
