I-270 on west side will see new traffic pattern for next month

Beginning Sunday, I-270 on the west side will see big changes and drivers will have to pay attention to what lane they are in while heading south at Roberts Road.The left lane of I-270 south will cross through a break in the barrier wall and continue in its own "express lane" until I-70. This left lane is for I-270 south only and will not have access to I-70.For I-70 east and west, motorists will need to stay right. The center lane is for trucks, and can either continue on I-270 or exit to I-70.
