HUD Secretary Ben Carson kicks off visit to Columbus

U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson kicked off a three-day visit to Ohio in Columbus this morning. Speaking to the Ohio Housing Council at the Athletic Club, the retired neurosurgeon sounded at times as if he was criticizing the policies of both Democratic and Republican White House administrations.
