How many more passengers can Columbus’ airport handle?
This year is shaping up as a strong one for John Glenn Columbus International Airport. Faster-than-anticipated growth led the airport’s board this week to approve a $1.2 million contract with a consulting firm, R.W. Block, to study options in the event that growth overtakes longstanding plans to build a new terminal that would be ready after yearly passenger totals exceed 9 million.
