CINCINNATI -- The University of Cincinnati Medical Center says it's treating four victims after an active shooter situation in the downtown Cincinnati area.The scene is at the Fifth Third Bank on Walnut Street. The Cincinnati Police Department described the situation as an "active shooter/officer-involved shooting incident."
