Hoover Reservoir raises a big stink

The Hoover Reservoir stinks. For weeks, residents around Hoover have been dealing with a stench from the reservoir, which provides about 77 million gallons of water per day to customers northeast and east of Columbus’ core. Columbus, which oversees the water systems in the region, has received several complaints, as has Westerville.
