The odds of hitting a deer on an Ohio roadway this fall are a bit lower than last year, but if you hit one, the cost of fixing your car has gone up. The chances of hitting a deer in Ohio are 1 out of 131 this year, down 3.1 percent from last year, according to State Farm. That ranks Ohio 20th nationally.
