Hilltop’s stable neighborhoods also need support, Ohio State study says

A report by Ohio State University researchers suggests that efforts to boost housing in Columbus’ Hilltop neighborhood should focus not just on the poorest and most blighted areas, but also on those closer to the tipping point. The Kirwan Institute for the Study of Race and Ethnicity’s “Housing in the Hilltop” report says money should be invested in relatively strong areas where it could help restore the private market.
