Hilltop man arrested on murder charge in connection with June slaying

Columbus police have arrested a Hilltop man in connection with the shooting death of a man during a home invasion this past summer. Joseph K. Kibby, 29, was charged last week with murder in the death of Lee H. Bussey, 30, and felonious assault in the wounding of another man, Timothy Montgomery. Kibby was arrested late Wednesday night, police said.
