Hilltop, Linden promised help by Columbus council members

The boom startled Lisa Boggs. She barely had time to put down her snow shovel when a beat-up black sedan careened down the street without a front fender. Boggs ran after the car, wondering what happened this time. She caught up and got close enough to get a partial license plate number and called police. She later learned that the sedan T-boned a COTA bus at the intersection of Ogden Avenue and Mound Street on the Hilltop.
