Hilliard school plans relief effort for Harvey victims

The images of devastation after tropical storm Harvey, served as motivation in Hilliard."It kind of just hurt my heart a little bit because I don't like to see other people in terrible situations," said Gina Vatelle, a junior at Hilliard Davidson High School.
