Hilliard man killed in west Columbus crash

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash that occurred in west Columbus.The crash happened at 7:22 a.m. Wednesday near Phillipi Road and Fisher Road in western Franklin County.According to the sheriff's office, the crash happened when a GMC Yukon driving north on Phillipi Road drove under the trailer of a semi-truck turning out of a business parking lot.The driver of the SUV, 36-year-old Billy Miller, was pronounced dead at the scene.The p
