Hilliard man charged with hate crime after vandalizing mosque

The man accused of vandalizing a Perry Township mosque has been charged with a hate crime.The Franklin County Grand Jury indicted 44-year-old Todd Williams in connection with the vandalism of the Ahlul-Bayt Society Islamic Center on February 11.Williams was indicted for desecration, ethnic intimidation and criminal mischief.According to authorities, Williams wrote “Allah Is A Fraud Dum Dums” on the left door window and painted “Repent Turn To True God + Jesus Or Burn 4 Ever&rdq
