High water, ponding closing highway ramps for Thursday commute

Drivers are experiencing ponding on the roads making for an unpleasant Thursday morning commute.Heavy rain continues to cause drivers problems around central Ohio and more rain is expected in the forecast throughout the day.The Ohio Department of Transportation has closed several ramps at I-270 and U.S. 23 on the south side.
