High water closes roads across central Ohio

Franklin County:Flooding between Greenlawn and State Route 104 has closed all I-71 southbound lanes. Use I-270 as an alternate route.Ramps from I-270WB and I-270EB to US-23; along with US-23 under I-270 due to high water.US-23 (S. High St.) both N/B & S/B are closed under I-270 (Southern Franklin County) due to HIGH WATER over the roadway. W/B I-270 exit ramp to US-23 S/B is closed. E/B I-270 to US-23 N/B is closed. @ODOT_Columbus has signs posted. This closure will impact the morning commut
