High rise proposed for Short North

With Short North real estate at a premium, there's another proposal to tear down a one-story building on High Street and replace it with a multi-story mixed-use building. Columbus-based Pizzuti Cos. is looking to build a 12-story building at 873 N. High St., which is currently occupied by antiques dealer Grandview Mercantile.
