Heavy rain forces road closures in Pike County
In southern Ohio, Pike County was under a flood warning Tuesday evening as fast melting snow compounded by heavy rainfall forced the Scioto River over its banks.The Pike County Sheriff Office said rising waters forced deputies to shut down stretches of State Route 220 and State Route 124.
