Heath Police identifies 73-year-old man killed in crash

HEATH, Ohio – Police are investigating what caused a car to flip over and crash into the water leaving one man dead Tuesday.Dispatchers at the Licking County Regional Communications Center said there was a report of a crash in the 700 block of Hopewell Drive, in between SR-79 and SR-13.Heath Police and medics responded to the call around 4:20 p.m. and found a vehicle in a ditch with one man inside.Authorities say first responders pronounced 73-year-old John Swank dead on the scene.No other
