Hazmat situation prompts evacuation at west Columbus Social Security office

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Columbus Division of Fire was on the scene of a hazmat incident in west Columbus Friday.According to Chief Steve Martin, a suspicious package was mailed to the Social Security Administration building. Two people were under medical evaluation after being exposed to a substance found inside the package, according to Chief Martin.Firefighters evacuated the immediate area for further investigation.
