Hand-knit hats make Christmastime journey to West Broad Elementary

Christmastime does unusual things to normal, everyday people. That’s the only way to explain the events that led more than 600 handmade winter hats, carefully knitted by strangers across the nation, to converge Friday morning on West Broad Elementary on the Hilltop.
