Group has enough signatures to call Upper Arlington council recall election

Upper Arlington has called a 6 p.m. Monday council meeting to set a special election that could result in the ouster of four of its seven council members. That came after the Franklin County Board of Elections notified the city Friday that enough valid signatures were submitted to the board for a recall measure.
