Group backing P.G. Sittenfeld for U.S. Senate raises more than $733,000

A super-PAC supporting the candidacy of P.G. Sittenfeld against Ted Strickland for the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate believes its $733,501 fundraising number says something about the former Ohio governor. “It’s a substantial amount of money. It demonstrates Ohio Democrats want new leaders with new ideas and not the same old politicians,” said Paul DeMarco, a Cincinnati lawyer and chairman of New Leadership for Ohio.
