Grandview retail plan on firmer ground

The thudding sounds and window rattling are over in Grandview Heights. The “deep dynamic compaction” — repeatedly dropping a 15-ton weight 60 feet to prepare a former landfill to become the Grandview Crossing retail site — ended this month.
