Grandview Crossing likely will open in 2018

The developers of Grandview Crossing expect to begin construction in spring on the 43-acre site along Dublin Road. The Grandview Heights Planning Commission already has approved a major site-plan review for the project, which is headed to the Columbus Development Commission on Nov. 15. Most of the site — about 30 acres — is in Columbus with the rest in Grandview.
